Road & Civil Surveys provided construction survey support for the new Vision Centre at Cedars Christian College, a Prep to Year 12 independent school located in Farmborough Heights, approximately 10 kilometres south of Wollongong in the Illawarra region.

The Vision Centre is an architecturally designed two-storey learning facility featuring modern collaborative learning spaces, a boardroom, café and flexible teaching areas across both levels. The second floor connects directly to the existing campus, integrating the new building into the broader school environment. The project was delivered within a live school campus, requiring careful coordination of all construction and survey activities around daily school operations, student movements and term schedules.

Road & Civil Surveys provided construction set-out for the building footprint, structural grid, floor levels and key architectural elements across both storeys, with precise spatial control required to ensure correct alignment with the existing campus buildings. Progressive as-built surveys supported quality assurance at key construction stages, and 3D laser scanning captured a detailed digital record of the completed facility for as-built documentation and future campus planning.
