Gold Coast Light Rail – Stage 3

Road & Civil Surveys commenced works on Gold Coast Light Rail – Stage 3 in 2025, providing specialist civil and rail surveying support across control establishment, civil construction, and embedded rail works.

Our team supported delivery through accurate survey control, construction set-out, and verification services, working closely with the project engineering and rail teams to ensure design tolerances were achieved prior to concrete pours and during rail installation.

For rail works, Road & Civil Surveys delivered detailed alignment, adjustment, and work-as-executed surveys to support curved rail and turnout installation. This included tolerance verification, transition and weld positioning, and reporting to support conformance requirements.

Across both civil and rail scopes, our involvement focused on accuracy, coordination, and program alignment, ensuring surveying outputs supported safe, efficient delivery in a live urban light rail environment.
